The enquiry form asks for your name, email address and message, with optional phone and time-zone details. It is intended for a short introduction and arranging a conversation. Please do not include medical histories or other sensitive personal information.
Before the website goes live
Jen and Certtech will confirm the enquiry delivery service, any storage and retention arrangements, the newsletter provider, scheduling provider, cookies and analytics choices. This notice must then be updated to describe the actual live services and how privacy requests are handled.
