Our approach
Introspective Hypnosis is part of the training and integrative practices Jen describes in her work with Soul connection and how it can influence the Emotional, Mental and Physical patterning of what is being experienced currently in your life.
This method assists with working in layers with Forgiveness Therapy, Role Change, Ericksonian Hypnosis, Past Life Regression, Soul Entrapment, Soul Fragmentation, Regression to the womb, Spirit Attachments, Spirit Assistance, also known as Spirit Releasement.
An initial conversation is the place to explore your current needs based on your own inner development and interests. Ask questions about the process and decide whether to take the next step.
Preparation and personal comfort matter. Jen can explain how she approaches a session and whether this is being discussed as a standalone service or within an integrative session.

No. Jen describes Introspective Hypnosis as Soul-connection healing. She may use mixed modalities in the session, with the aim of recalibrating and realigning the client’s energetic layers, including how they experience their present emotional, mental, and physical states. Mixed Modality Training is a separate offering.
